Cape San Blas is located in Gulf County, Florida. Over the years it has been called many names such as Cape Sand Blas, Cape Sand Blast, Cape San Blass, Cape Sand Blass, Cape San Blast, Cape St. Blas, Cape Sanblas, or simply "The Cape". We locals just call it Paradise!
With the Gulf of Mexico on one side and pristine St. Joseph Bay on the other, St. Joseph's Peninsula and Cape San Blas are geographically unique. The absence of freshwater flow into the bay creates better water clarity and higher salinity. This is the only bay in Florida that can make that claim. So come visit Cape San Blas and "Old Florida".
There are endless actvities the entire family will enjoy. Scalloping, snorkeling, seafood festivals, boating, bird watching, crabbing, kayaking, sand castles, scooters, bonfires, beach driving and so much more. You can even play fetch with your dog on the beach anytime you like! Cape San Blas, Fl. is also fast becoming a popular area for eco-tourism.
